Here you will find answers to some common questions: 1.  How long will it take to receive my order?      Generally, it will take 2 weeks to receive your order,  however,       a lot of the time it will arrive sooner.  August is our busiest time      of year, so there may be substantial delays. Please order early      enough so you will have them for "Back to School". 2.  Why did I only receive part of my order?      www.SippyCupLabels.com is comprised of various vendors,      so your labels may ship from multiple locations.   If you haven't      received your complete order in 2 weeks, please email so it      can be researched. 3.  Is rush service available?      Yes!  Just make a note of it in the comments section or email      that you need it ASAP.  Unfortunately, during July and August      rush orders are not available.  I will make every effort to get your      order to you as fast as possible. 4.  How long do the sippy cup labels last?      These labels can last anywhere from 50 to 60 washes,      possibly even longer with proper care. 5.  What can I have printed on my items?      Pretty much whatever you desire as long as it fits. Get creative!      Some of these items make great party favors! 6.  Is there someone I can talk to about my order?      Yes!  Please contact us with any questions you have. 7.  How do I apply my labels?      Labels must be applied to a clean smooth surface.  If the surface is      not smooth, they will not adhere correctly.  For best results, wait 24      hours before washing. 8.  How do I care for my labels?      Our vinyl waterproof labels are dishwasher and microwave      resistant. They work best on a normal dish wash and dry setting.       High-temperature wash and dry might cause ink to fade.       Hand-washing is recommended to preserve the life of the label.      PLEASE DO NOT BOIL THE LABELS.  They are not intended      to be used/cleaned in such high heat. 9.  I don't see a graphic that I am looking for, can I get a custom      designed label?      Yes!  A custom label can be designed for you.  A free proof will      be available for all custom labels.  Please email for more      information about custom labels or to place your order. 10. Will my label look exactly like the one I see on the website      Not always exactly. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on      your monitor due to your particular viewing settings andequipment.      Formatting changes may need to be made to accommodate a      longer name. For example, a longer name may be placed on two      lines instead of one to allow for a larger, more legible typestyle      size. Sometimes the typestyle selected does not work as well with      a particular design, so the typestyle size and formatting will need      to be a little different. 11.  May I pay with a check or money order instead of online?        Of course you may! Just contact us to let us know the details of        your order and to tell us you will be mailing a check or money        order (made out to "The Invitation Source") to 154 Mill Street,        Mansfield, MA 02048 . Once your check clears, your order will        be processed and shipped. This will obviously take longer to        process than online orders, so please be aware of that when        you order. 12.  What is your return policy?        Given the personalized nature of our products, returns are not        possible. However, if there are ANY problems with your order,        please contact us to let us know. Please check your order        carefully before you place it. We will print the name EXACTLY        as you have entered it (this includes capitalization and        punctuation). If we have made an error, we will correct it and ship        the order to you immediately at no extra cost to you, of course.        It is our goal to have 100% customer satisfaction, so please        contact us if there are any problems at all with your order!
